Sealed Bids for the construction of Project No. 240740 for Washington Township (OWNER), as follows:
Washington Township Building - Work will include, but is not limited to, furnishing of all supervision, labor, materials, testing, and reporting for the construction of a 6,336 square foot wood-frame building, consisting of a business office, office storage and garage vehicle and equipment storage. Work will also include, but is not limited to, furnishing of all supervision, labor, materials, testing, and reporting for the construction of a 1,600 square foot salt storage building. Work will include general construction items, wood framing, foundations, concrete slabs, roofs, MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing), interior and exterior finishes, ancillary items, site improvements, including general excavation for the buildings construction, grading, storm water management area, drainage culverts, concrete aprons, parking and granular materials, driveway access, erosion control and site restoration as shown on the plans and related documents. Completion of all work, including all supervision, labor, materials, testing and reporting for construction, ancillary items, site improvements and site restoration, is April 30, 2027.
Bids may be delivered by hand or by mail (follow instructions below) OR may be uploaded online through QuestCDN.com. Bids shall be received by 2:00 PM local time, February 17, 2026, following which, Bids will be pened and read aloud.
If delivered in hard copy, place Bid in an opaque envelope addressed to Vierbicher, 201 E. Main St., Suite 100, Reedsburg, WI 53959; Bid shall be labeled "Bid for Washington Township Building" and incorporate the name and address of the Bidder on the outside of the envelope.
All Bids shall be accompanied by a certified check or Bid Bond equal to five percent (5%) of the Bid payable to the OWNER. If Bid is submitted online through Quest, Bid shall be accompanied with an electronic proof of Bid Bond equal to five percent (5%) of the Bid payable to the OWNER.

The CONTRACTOR shall be required to pay not less than the minimum wage rate as established by law.
The OWNER reserves the right to waive any informalities and to reject any or all Bids. The letting of the work described herein is subject to the provisions of Sections 62.15, 66.0901 and 66.0903, Wisconsin Statutes.
